The Maternal Mental Health Information Card provides information for women and their family and friends who want to know more about maternal depression. It includes information on symptoms of depression and who to contact for help. There is space at the bottom of the front of the card for local contact information to be included. The back of the card has things that a woman can do to take care of herself and suggestions for family and friends to help support a woman who is suffering from depression. As well, information is provided on where to go for further information. These cards can be placed in a waiting room and handed out to those who you feel would benefit from information on maternal depression.
